We participate in the "Children's Future Project" organized by Okinawa, which supports the employment of children in orphanages, and also invites them to our hotel for Christmas and summer holidays, where we hold Christmas parties and BBQs.
A "Daijukai" is held to train the next generation of hotel managers. The members are young working staff who are given the opportunity to learn various knowledge about hotels, and we also provide a full range of education for both general staff and managers, including communication training and anger management training for career advancement.
In addition to LGBT weddings, we support the "Pink Dot Okinawa Event" in collaboration with Naha City, and as an ALLY company, we are engaged in support activities. The hotel also actively hires LGBT staff and strives to create an environment where it is easy to come out.
We provide sponsorship support for the Zenhoren Ryukyu Deigos (women's soccer team), as well as hiring players to play an active role in various hotels. In addition, staff who have graduated from the career development program "Daijukai" also receive post-graduation support so that they can make use of what they learned in the training program and work with a sense of purpose.
We are actively accepting internship students from Japan and abroad and hiring people from overseas. We welcome diversity regardless of gender, race, age, or educational background, and provide a wide range of employment opportunities to stimulate innovative ideas and discover talented people.
In collaboration with the University of the Ryukyus, we held an endowed lecture. The goal of the course is to build a structure for college students about tourism and the service industry so that they can be involved in the tourism industry in the future. We also accept LGBT weddings in cooperation with Pink Dot Okinawa.
