Q2 Do you have a parking lot?
Yes, we have free parking. (240 spaces)
There are six separate parking lots, so please come to the main entrance of the hotel by car first. Our guest services staff will welcome you.
* After unloading your luggage at the main entrance, our guest services staff will drive a courtesy car and lead your car to the parking space.
Once your car is parked, we will drive you to the main entrance of the hotel using the courtesy car.
* If a guest services staff is not present at the main entrance of the hotel late at night or early in the morning, please contact the front desk for assistance.
The guest services staff will provide you with a parking pass. During your stay, please leave your parking pass on the dashboard for security to see when using the hotel parking lot.
Q3 Do you have a laundromat or dryer?
Yes, they are located on each floor from the 3rd to 14th floor.
Washing machine: 200 yen per cycle (4.5 kg capacity)

Only 100 yen coins can be used.
